Who we are
Our Mission
At Corder Farms, our mission is to operate with integrity over the long term, making decisions that honor the past, serve the present, and leave something solid for the future. The farm has always been more than what it produces. It is built on relationships with family, neighbors, clients, and of course our incredible team. Those relationships matter just as much, if not more, than the work itself. They are the reason the work has mattered and endured for as long as it has. This commitment to integrity, responsibility, and doing things the right way has guided the farm for more than a century and continues to shape how we move forward. Every decision is weighed against a simple question: does this strengthen what we are part of and want to create, or weaken it. That simple guideline is what has driven the farm for generations and will propel the future generation into success regardless of what they choose.
Our Values
Relationships
Strong relationships are the foundation of everything we do. The farm has grown through generations of hands on involvement and shared effort, and no part of that work exists in isolation. Whether within our family, with neighbors, or with the people who rely on what we produce, trust is built through consistency, fairness, and follow through. We believe there is room for everyone at the table and that real success is shared, not claimed.
Quality
Quality is a standard we hold ourselves to, even when no one is watching. It is reflected in the consistency of what leaves the farm and in the care taken at every stage of the work. Corder Farms has become known nationally for standing behind what it produces and for doing things the right way rather than the cheap way. That reputation is something we protect through patience, accountability, and pride in the work.
Community
Corder Farms exists as part of a much larger community than just who operates it. The farm has always reinvested time, resources, and effort into the people and places around it, because thriving only matters if it is shared. Community means helping when possible, acting fairly, and recognizing that the strength of the farm is tied to the strength of those around it. This sense of responsibility continues to guide how we operate today.
